Exercise your rights

Supero Digital respects the privacy of data subjects and provides this channel for exercising the rights set out in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, you may request, free of charge and subject to legal requirements:

  • Confirmation of the existence of processing of your personal data.
  • Access to the personal data processed by Supero Digital.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD.
  • Data portability to another service or product provider, subject to regulation by the national authority.
  • Information about public and private entities with which Supero Digital has shared your data.
  • Information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of doing so.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.
  • Deletion of personal data processed on the basis of consent, except for retention hypotheses provided by law.
  • Objection to processing carried out under one of the hypotheses that waive consent, where applicable.
  • Review of, and clear information about, decisions made solely through automated processing, where applicable.

How to exercise your rights

Send your request to vamos@supero.digital, clearly stating the right you wish to exercise.

To allow us to handle the request, please provide your name, a valid contact email, your relationship with Supero Digital (for example, site visitor, business contact, partner or candidate) and a description of the request.

We may request additional information to confirm your identity — a measure taken solely to protect your data against improper access.

Requests are handled within the applicable legal deadlines. There is no charge for the regular exercise of your rights.

In certain situations, fulfilment may be fully or partially limited by legal or regulatory obligations, in which case we will inform the factual and legal grounds.
